We’re bringing a new farm onboard — Gungegiri Estate from Chikmagalur in Karnataka! This lot was processed using the natural method at the farm, and was profiled as a light roast by our roasting team to bring out its delicate tasting notes of apricots, brown sugar and strawberries. In the cup, you’ll find that the coffee has a juicy mouthfeel which is complemented with a long sweetness and a hint of stone fruits.
If you’ve loved our Harley Estate (Pichia) or our intensely fruity 72-hour anaerobic fermented coffee from Riverdale Estate, you’ll enjoy the fruity flavour and sparkling acidity in this one. We recommend brewing it as a Pour Over or using an AeroPress for a clean cup bursting with flavour.
