We are kick-starting Producer Series 2022 with an exciting coffee from the beloved Kerehaklu Estate! This lot was processed naturally, by using coffee cherries from the Yolu Savira block at Kerehaklu, along with the goodness of spring-fed freshwater from their lakes. This lot was named after the Snakehead, an ode to a fish species native to India, one that the producers and their family grew up fishing for. With delectable aromas of figs and dates, this complex coffee has a crisp, clean mouthfeel that is enhanced when brewed as a Pour Over or using an AeroPress. Our roasters especially love the sweet aftertaste of forest berries and the bright acidity in this medium-bodied coffee.
