We’re delighted to introduce a new partner farm — Shivagange Estate! This lot’s sweet and fruity flavours in the cup were developed using the washed method, where the cherries were handpicked and wet fermented for 20 hours. Our roasting team has profiled it as a medium roast which gives it aromas of dried fruit and a sweet, citrusy aftertaste. We love how this coffee opens up its fruity notes as it cools down, and we recommend this one to you if you’ve loved our washed coffee from Thogarihunkal Estate. To savour its heavy, honey-like body and syrupy mouthfeel, brew this one as an Espresso or use an AeroPress, Moka Pot, French Press or a Pour Over.
